About the 2025 Xiangguang Award
The Xiangguang Award is a purely public annual award (free of charge) with outstanding influence and internationally advanced concepts. It honors and encourages Chinese social enterprises, businesses focused on social good, ESG sustainability practices, impact investing institutions, and related academic research. It aims to recognize and encourage companies and investment institutions that use innovative business models to address social issues at scale and systematically, creating compound value.
The 2025 Xiangguang Award is hosted by Xiangguang Future and co-organized by Caixin International, China Business News, and Chuangyebang. Since 2017, the Xiangguang Award has been successfully held for seven years. Adhering to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, it has attracted participation from over 2,000 companies and projects nationwide, recognizing hundreds of outstanding examples of using business to address social issues.
The 2025 Xiangguang Award seeks out resilient and sustainable businesses and impact investing institutions, celebrating all those who use business acumen to make the world a better and more sustainable place!

About the “Good Enterprise” honor
The 2025 Xiangguang Awards offer a “Good Enterprise” honor for all companies participating in the Top 10 Social Enterprises, Top 10 Business for Good, and Top 15 ESG Sustainability Awards. Through background and public opinion surveys, qualified companies will receive a “Good Enterprise Certificate.” This honor is intended to enhance visibility for participating companies and, through the Xiangguang Awards, identify more companies that are focused on solving social problems through business means, practicing social value innovation and ESG sustainable development concepts. Ultimately, this will encourage more companies to focus on and deepen their commitment to good practices, creating more positive social and environmental value.
